Frame repairs are completed on one of our four Dataliner frame machines. Dataliner has proven to be the world leader in automotive measuring and alignment equipment for vehicles of all makes and models.

The measuring points must be "dropped down" to one measuring plane using transparent scales to allow accurate measuring to be performed by the laser. The scales are graduated in millimeters. Data charts provided by Dataliner, and approved by factory specifications, tells us the setting of the slide on each scale.

Each machine is equipped with drive on ramps, and if the car is not driveable, a winch is used to hoist the car into position. The car is then securely fastened to the frame machine at four points on the underside of the car. Without moving the car, we are able to pull in several different directions at the same time.
